How every anchormoorad session works
Every programme at anchormoorad begins with a clear boundary: what the session will cover, what materials will be used, and what participants can expect to have at the end. This is set in writing before the first meeting.
Facilitators use only publicly available documents — those published by EPF, KWAP, PERKESO, and related Malaysian bodies. Nothing is added from proprietary databases, third-party commentary, or financial software. The source documents are always visible and available to participants.
The outputs — a records map, a reading log, or a structured annual folder — are designed to be maintained independently. anchormoorad is not a subscription service; the value is in what participants leave with, not in keeping them coming back.

Reading Group on Retirement Documentation
A six-session reading group, meeting weekly, that walks through publicly available material on national retirement schemes at a deliberate pace. The group leader points readers to the relevant pages and helps each participant build a personal reading log. The programme is reading-focused throughout and does not interpret documents in relation to any individual case.
What this programme covers:
- EPF member materials — structure, contribution records, withdrawal categories
- KWAP publications for those with public sector backgrounds
- PERKESO and SOCSO reference materials
- Personal reading log built across all six sessions
Session structure:
- 01–02Introduction to the source materials; building the reading log format
- 03–04Reading through contribution and withdrawal sections with group discussion
- 05–06Reviewing nomination, nomination update, and account maintenance materials
